the staff were excellent and my room was good, which made my stay enjoyable as I explored nearby attractions like Walton Hall and Gardens, just a short stroll away, and the captivating Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden, also easily reachable on foot, providing perfect spots for weekend strolls.

The gym offered a solid range of equipment, perfect for getting a workout done without stepping out. The spa facilities were a nice touch, providing a calming atmosphere with a decent pool and sauna for relaxation after a long day.

The bathroom privacy setup in room 224 was lacking due to clear glass windows that left little to the imagination, even with the blinds fitted. Technical issues plagued my stay-an intrusive TV message continuously interrupted viewing, and a flickering lightbulb above the bed was a nuisance. The shower’s mounting bracket was cracked. Despite reporting it at checkout, I left without any resolution.

I enjoyed my stay in a Classic Double Room, as the food quality was commendable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, and some items like bottled water were missing. It's a suitable place for those looking for decent dining and a comfortable retreat.

The local fish was fresh and absolutely delish! The room I snagged, the Deluxe King Room, was spacious with a cozy balcony. Plus, breakfast was a proper delight, setting me up for the day ahead.

I arrived with my partner, and the receptionist was a bit too upfront about the room cost, making things awkward. The food menu was on the sparse side, leaving me wanting more choices.

The classic family room was super comfy with a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and even a minibar. The indoor swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and I loved the hot tub. Staff were helpful, and we enjoyed good quality breakfast options. They had this nice spa area too with beauty services!

The pool area was fantastic! Perfect for a relaxing dip, though it was a bit crowded on Saturday. The room was decent, but the wallpaper felt dated. 😕 Would've loved more toiletries to avoid asking housekeeping.

Our stay was incredibly relaxing! The spa treatments were superb, and we loved lounging in the pool area. Breakfast was a hearty delight with plenty of options, and the staff was genuinely friendly. The only downside was that the heating in our room was slightly off, making it a bit too warm at times.

Just a good match for a short stay in Warrington with high value for money. The comfortable, relaxed bar area after our meal was a nice touch. Tip, Check the bar menu early as some items may not be available later.

I had a decent night’s stay with a lovely breakfast spread that was quite extensive, but the pool area was not as fresh as depicted in the photos.

the park was in a great location for our stay. we really enjoyed the health club, which had decent facilities. we loved the skin and body care products from ELEMIS used during treatments. overall, it was a nice getaway for us.
